Aero’s Easy Cover® 595 Electric arm tarp kit is a strong and powerful front-to-back dump truck tarp system that comes in manual and electric arm tarp kit packages made specifically for scrap and demolition trailers. It features heavy duty, two-piece swing arms, enabling you to easily transport bulk and construction materials while keeping everything covered. Easy Cover® is available with a wireless connector.
The wireless connector makes opening and closing your tarp even easier. The Easy Cover® 595 can be adjusted to fit most dump truck lengths, making them versatile and accommodating. These tarps will hold and protect your cargo so that nothing escapes or is damaged. The mesh material allows air to flow through, reducing wind flap.

Easy Cover® 595 manual and electric arm tarp kits come complete with a motor, 10 sidemount springs, polished aluminum arms, a 96″ polished aluminum tarp housing, and a 96″ mesh tarp. The pre-assembled components significantly reduce installation time. Plus, our detailed schematics—with each part clearly numbered—eliminate guesswork during installation and simplify the process of ordering replacements. For added protection in high-heat applications, pair it with our Dyna-Flo® End Dump Liner Heat Shield.
Aero Easy Cover® 595 Electric Arm Tarp Kits require no welding and are available for trailers that are 37′ to 53′ long.
