Mentor Dynamics’ HeatShield\u00a0uses space-age technology to solve the challenge of using a heated dump body while maintaining the benefits of a Dyna-Flo A-1 liner. With this system, you can continue hauling hot asphalt or operating in cold weather without compromising the cleaner and more reliable dumping offered by a Dyna-Flo A-1 lining.<\/p>\n

Mentor Dynamics developed this heat shield using materials originally designed for the Space Shuttle\u2019s heat protection. The 30″ x 36″ HeatShield\u2122 shields the liner from extreme heat at the exhaust entry point. By installing it between the body floor and liner, you can safely use a heated body without damaging<\/a> the liner.<\/p>\n

HeatShield\u2122 is an exclusive product offered only by Mentor Dynamics and its authorized OEMs and dealers. It is available exclusively with the purchase of a new Dyna-Flo\u00ae A-1 liner, and cannot be retrofitted to older or previously installed liners. This product is not available for individual sale. For optimal performance and protection, the heat shield must be installed and securely placed over the high-temperature heat inlet. Certain heated body designs may not be compatible with the HeatShield\u2122, so it is essential to verify compatibility before installation. This ensures the long-term durability and effectiveness of your liner while protecting it from extreme heat exposure.<\/p>\n

Dyna-Flo\u00ae<\/sup> End Dump Liner Heat Shield protects the Dyna-Flo Liner from the dump truck’s heated exhaust. The 36″ x 40″ heat shield is installed between the Dyna-Flo Liner and the truck’s high temperature exhaust inlet into the dump body.
